In September 1999, Ethereal Companies (EC) began as a small
independent music production company committed to evolve into a

powerhouse producer from the West-side of Chicago that has contributed
to successful artists in the industry such as Issac Hayes, Wynton
Marsalis, Barry Manilow, Jennifer Hudson and many more.
Ethereal Companies has indeed become one of the successful
production companies in the Phoenix area.
Herman Little III
Executive Producer/Owner
Born on the West-side of Chicago, Herman developed a passion for
music. By the tender age of 12, he was already appointed Music Director
for church choirs and bands. The unique pattern of Herman's
development was frequently compared to that of music legend, Quincy
Jones.
Herman Little III has performed with various nationally known artist such
as Isaac Hayes ,Wynton Marsalis, Herbie Hancock, Marcus Roberts, New
Kids on The Block, Soul Children of Chicago and has been featured in
concert with Barry Manilow and Robert Kelly. To add to the list he has had
recording sessions with R & B super-star Sisquo, performed in Nassau,
Bahamas for a Walt Disney Special, performed at Orchestra Hall of
Chicago, and the world famous Carnegie Hall of New York.
Herman Little III has accomplished plenty in his few years of his life and
he is not done yet. He has been taught by many and recognized for much.
If it’s on a gospel stage or if it’s a national pop concert Herman has
learned to put into practice all that his friend Errol E-Poppi McCalla Jr.
(platinum producer for Destiny’s Child, Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott and
Mariah Carey) teaches, “Quality, professionalism and character is
important to success.”
Collaborated with: Johnny Gill (Live Performance) E-Poppi "In Da Club
Remix" (Beyonce/ 50 cents) "Never" ( Keyshia Cole: Barbershop 2) Felony
of R&B sensation “Public Announcement” Earl Powell (Producer)
As no stranger to the music industry and with over 15 years, assuming the
roles of music director, record label executive, producer and studio owner,
Herman Little III pondered the idea of Ethereal Companies in 1999 as a
dream to build a successful company in which the various facets of music
production could feasibly be done under one roof.
From Hip - Hop and R& B to Neo-Soul and Gospel, Herman is the now a
reckoned force waiting to unleash his production expertise to the masses.
